Who We Are
Located about 25 miles north of Columbus off State Route 23, the city of Delaware is the seat of Delaware County—the fastest growing county in Ohio. Tree-lined streets, turn-of-the-century homes, a leading university, and a bustling downtown filled with booming businesses make Delaware a progressive small city with a great college town vibe. In fact, Delaware was selected as one of Ohio's 2008 Best Hometowns by Ohio Magazine.
Delaware's more than 30,000 residents enjoy a wide variety of housing options, from historic homes to newly build subdivisions. They also enjoy close proximity to many of the regions finest outdoor activities, including Alum Creek and Delaware State Parks, Mingo Park, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, and the Zoombezi Bay Water Park.
