Who We Are

Outstanding entertainment, exceptional dining, and accessible parking are just three of the things that make the Arena District one of the Region's most exciting places to be. The District, in the northern part of downtown surrounding Nationwide Arena, has long been a center of local activity. Originally populated by railroad workers, farmers, and early Irish settlers, the area sat dormant for decades before experiencing an exciting rebirth as one of the area's most energetic neighborhoods.

Most of the area's residents live in lofts and apartments—both new and in historic buildings—and enjoy easy access to work, the local athletic club, downtown, the Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, the North Market and the Short North.
